Zoom Meetings Pamphlet. We have available a QR code enabled pamphlet of local/regional Zoom meetings, including a QR code link to OIAA, our Online Intergroup of A.A. and their national online meeting list. We continue to create meeting pamphlets as they are requested and relevant to helping connect members of our fellowship with meetings both in-person and online.

Louisiana Resale Certificate. As part of office admin and ongoing costs reduction efforts, we have submitted our Louisiana resale certificate to our vendors to save on sales tax per the resale tax exemption part of our 501c3 status. This has been successful and is helping us to reduce costs of goods for literature and merchandise orders.
Central Office Gift Cards. Launching e-gift cards as another product offering and payment option through Square. Physical gift cards are now available. We hope to ramp up sharing updates about these gift cards and other new products and services available via Central Office in time for the holiday season.
Pricing Changes. We have begun implementing price point changes across all merchandise. The previous pricing structure was comprised of percentage-based margins applied across different vendors of products. As costs for products continued to rise, prices rose in tandem, and rising costs plus previous margin percentages priced Central Office products out of the range of many within our fellowship.
We have received and considered this feedback and have developed a new pricing structure based on two main factors: 1) Reducing prices while maintaining retail competitiveness comparable to other local, small business, non-corporate bookstores; and 2) Adjusting prices after tax to whole dollar or quarter-dollar amounts to allow for more streamlined transactions both in-store and at our event tables.
We hope this new pricing structure will allow our office to be more easily mobile in 2025, so that we can, for example, participate in more fellowship events, providing literature and merchandise when relevant and useful, and to improve accessibility to our literature by receiving home group orders and bringing those products to district meetings. Our goal is to roll-out these pricing changes by and during November 2024.
Printed Meeting Book + Meeting in a Pocket. The printed Meeting Book is back. Our 64-page booklet includes listings of meetings by day for GNO area and surrounding areas, as well as the meeting preamble, readings, prayers, and other literature excerpts to facilitate hosting meetings anytime/anywhere (aka “Meeting in a Pocket”)
